TCCA Critical Communications World 2024
Million Consulting Services participated in the TCCA Critical Communications World event in Dubai. On Thursday, May 16, Monica chaired the Innovating Command and Control Centre Communication with sessions on:
1. Integrated End to End Public Safety Communications from Citizen to Control Center to First Responder
2. NG911 in North America: The Next Generation of Life-Saving Emergency Calling Services
3. The advent of Next Generation 112 communications in Public Safety Answering Points
4. Sharing the Work of the Finnish Emergency Response Centre Agency
Monica also presented awards to the winners of the ICCA 2024 awards.

TCCA’s Critical Communications World drew to a close today here in Dubai. I need to extend a heartfelt thank you to my dear friend and colleague Mladen Vratonjic and Robin D. for inviting me to participate in not only their awards ceremony but facilitating the discussion on Day 3 revolving around innovative technologies and how they are impacting our Control Rooms worldwide.
Also, thank you to Duncan Swan and Chris Lucas for their leadership and friendship.
It was great catching up with old friends Eddie Reyes and Joe Wassel!

North Carolina Public Safety Communications Conference 2024
Million Consulting Services was invited to present at this year's 2024 North Carolina Public Safety Communication Conference. Monica was part of a super session series and talked about AI for non-emergency calls. It was a great conference and a perfect opportunity to connect with all the attendees!


Colorado NENA APCO Conference 2024
Million Consulting Services was a proud sponsor of the Innovation Insight Room at the Colorado NENA APCO 2024 Conference. Two sessions were held that discussed AI Tech for Non-Emergency Dispatch, a topic that is at the forefront of many Emergency Communications Centers' and Control Rooms' leaders today.

Million Consulting Services attended the EENA 2024 Conference in Valencia, Spain to participate in several conference sessions.

16° Congreso NENA 9-1-1
We are proud to announce that Million Consulting Services was invited to speak at the 16° Congreso NENA 9-1-1 in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. Monica's session, QA NENAMX: The Competitive Advantage, discussed the importance of NENA certification and how the C4 in Bogata, Columbia achieved it. We are excited to share our insights and expertise with industry professionals at this prestigious event.


IJIS 2023
Million Consulting Services has been actively engaging in projects to facilitate the evolution of public safety communications. Recently, Monica was a panelist in the 2023 IJIS Institute Community Forum in Austin, Texas. The panel was comprised of industry leaders who are significantly changing the landscape of traditional 9-1-1 operations. The panel discussed how emergency communication centers are evolving in both technology and operations to meet citizen expectations. The discussion revolved around the changes that are going to be necessary for the modernization of 9-1-1 in North America.

Monica presented with John Persano, Senior Business Development Manager for 911 and Justice and Public Safety at AWS, on how artificial intelligence and machine learning can help emergency communications centers measure and respond to mental wellness needs in their employees.

Monica moderated an esteemed panel discussing the international efforts toward improving emergency number services globally. The panelists were:
